Avocado Toast with Egg |
Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado

2 slices of whole grain bread (or any bread you like)

2 eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

Red pepper flakes (optional)

Olive oil or butter for cooking

Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:

Toast the bread to your preferred level of crispiness.

While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop it into a bowl.

Mash the avocado with a fork. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.

Cook the eggs however you like – fried, poached, or scrambled.

Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread.

Top each slice with an egg.

Sprinkle with red pepper flakes or additional seasonings as desired.
