Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is a healthy, no-cook dish made by soaking chia seeds in liquid (like milk or plant-based milk) until they form a gel-like consistency. It's great for breakfast, snacks, or dessert and is rich in fiber, omega-3s, and protein.


Basic Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 cup milk (almond, oat, coconut, dairy, etc.)

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and vanilla in a bowl or jar.

  2. Stir well, let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until thickened.

  4. Top with fruits, nuts, granola, or nut butter before serving.
