Here’s a simple recipe for Bacon and Eggs, a timeless breakfast combo:


🥓 Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 2–4 slices of bacon (thick-cut or regular)

Instructions:

  1. Skillet Method (preferred):

    • Place bacon strips in a cold skillet without overlapping.

    • Turn heat to medium. Cook until browned and crispy, turning occasionally (about 8–12 minutes).

    • Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate to drain excess fat.

  2. Oven Method (less mess):

    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay bacon on a foil-lined baking sheet.

    • Bake 15–20 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towels.


🍳 Eggs (Fried)

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp butter or oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat butter/oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Crack eggs into the skillet. Cook sunny-side-up (3–4 minutes), or flip for over-easy/medium/hard.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
