🥣 Basic Overnight Oats Recipe
Ingredients:

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based like almond, oat, soy)

¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess and protein)

1–2 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional, for fiber and thickness)

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1–2 tsp honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice

Toppings: fresh fruit (berries, banana, apple), nuts, nut butter, granola, cinnamon
Instructions:

Combine: In a jar or container, mix oats, milk, yogurt (if using), seeds, vanilla, and sweetener.

Stir well: Make sure everything is combined thoroughly.

Refrigerate: Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours).
